We stayed on Koh Mak for a few days on the road to Bali. It was a beautiful island; the resort Koh Mook Charlie Beach Resort was overpriced, under staffed, poorly maintained; it should be top-notch but ran on auto-pilot- pool was a bonus- great beach and the sea was magnificent.
